Full Stack Developer

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:

• Proficiency in web coding languages such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid grasp of MVC and hands-on experience with at least one PHP framework (CakePHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter...).
• Experience using one or more JavaScript libraries (React, Angular, Backbone...) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation...).
• Prior involvement in web development projects with code samples available to share.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Comfortable developing on Linux or Ubuntu OS alongside command line interface familiarity.
• Clear understanding of web operations, HTTP, TCP/IP, and API design standards.
• Robust computer science fundamentals covering data structures, algorithms, and internet security.
• Ability to write clean, testable code with a strong focus on long-term maintainability.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services is considered an added benefit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Inquisitive mindset regarding system mechanics and eagerness to thrive in a startup culture.

• Develop new features for Ashiraj utilizing modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Implement features and enhancements capable of supporting our expanding user community.

Mobile App Developer

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:

• Proficient in programming languages with expertise in Java for Android and/or Swift for iOS.
• Comprehensive practical knowledge of Android Studio utilizing the Gradle build system and/or Apple SDKs and frameworks (Foundation, UIKit, Core Data, etc.) alongside Xcode proficiency.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and standard protocols like HTTPS, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.
• Strong design intuition with a keen focus on user experience and interface design.
• Solid computer science fundamentals encompassing memory management, view hierarchies, multithreading, and networking.
• Inquisitive about technology mechanics and well-informed on recent trends in the mobile ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and designers to introduce new features across all Android applications.
• Build new applications or integrate functional modules into existing software.
• Conduct rigorous testing on team projects and personal code to identify and resolve bugs.
• Work alongside web developers to plan and design effective API methods.

Customer Service Representative

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve incoming customer inquiries via email and telephone.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all company offerings.
• Design and execute customer communication plans and content marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Superior verbal and written English communication abilities, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset.
• Familiarity with word processors, spreadsheets, CRM systems, email clients, and related software.
• Exposure to digital marketing strategies and practical execution methods.
• Creative mindset and capability to formulate innovative customer outreach plans.
• A degree in BA English or a related field is preferred.

Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:

• Sound understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with below-the-line marketing strategies.
• Comprehensive expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Strong communication abilities with fluency in both English and Hindi.
• High level of initiative and proactive execution.

• Engage new audiences and expand markets to promote the Stupidsid and Ashiraj brands through digital and BTL channels.
• Identify commercial opportunities involving strategic partnerships or new clients, and implement appropriate action plans.
• Raise brand awareness regarding our educational services.
• Strengthen the online visibility and reputation of both Stupidsid and Ashiraj.
• Drive initiatives aimed at boosting app installations and user engagement.

Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:

2. Design targeted marketing campaigns for both new and existing clients.
